Personal Introduction of Jiang Fujun, Chairman of the Group

Jiang Fujun, acting as the Chairman of Sinoera Group, is one of the members of both high-tension switch branch and transformer branch of China Electrical Equipment Industrial Association, the vice-chairman of Zhejiang Power Transmission and Distribution Equipment Industry Association, the vice-chairman of Quzhou City Power Transmission and Distribution Equipment Industry Association. Furthermore, Jiang Fujun is honored as top-notch personnel of Jiangshan City, NPC member of Jiangshan City, vice-chairman of both Jiangshan City Chamber of Commerce and Entrepreneurs Association; he was rated in AA level by comprehensive assessment of Jiangshan's non public-owned economy representatives, and known as a socialist with Chinese characteristics of Jiangshan City.

Since building enterprises in 1989, he actively responded to the call of the party and the government and led the staff to work hard and open up and keep making progress; then, he developed the enterprise with more than 10 million Yuan into a large enterprise group having nearly 10 subsidiaries and member companies covering electronics, chemicals, optoelectronics and other industries. The Group was affirmed as industrial leading enterprise of Jiangshan City. Therefore, it is not only the main transmission and distribution equipment manufacturing base in the province but also a famous company for power transmission and distribution industry in the domestic.

Under the guidance of Chairman Jiang Fujun, the Group has implemented mergers and acquisition of King Lion Plastics and Hardware (Jiangshan) Co., Ltd., Jiangshan City Switch Factory Co., Ltd., Jiangshan Electroplating Hardware Co., Ltd., Hunan Hengyang Mutual Inductor Factories and other enterprises of different economic types, and even organized principal enterprise group in 2005. In 2009, the Group developed into an enterprise group without nationally administrative regions—Sinoera Electronics Group. The Group was identified as one of the first batch of national high-tech enterprises. It passed the reaffirmation of national high-tech enterprises and acquired a series of provincial honorary titles this year, such as Zhejiang Province well-known business enterprise, Zhejiang Integrity Private Enterprise, Zhejiang provincial patent demonstration enterprise etc. Further, its subsidiaries have won such titles as Jiangshan scientific and technological enterprise, Zhejiang scientific and technological enterprise, Zhejiang SMEs technology centers etc. In the meanwhile, Jiang Fujun was evaluated as socialist with Chinese characteristics of Jiangshan City, "Concentric Model" of Jiangshan City, one of the eighth and the ninth batch of talent personnel of Jiangshan City, Jiangshan outstanding communist, excellent NPC member of Jiangshan city, outstanding socialist with Chinese characteristics of Jiangshan City, the owner caring the Party's construction, top ten youth entrepreneurship of Jiangshan City, Model Worker of Jiangshan City and top ten scientific and technologic enterprises of Jiangshan, etc.

He is committed to enterprise technological transformation and project construction, pays attention to scientific and technological innovation, and vigorously carries out human resources construction, enthusiastic public welfare undertakings. What's more, he is brave to take social responsibility and actively participate in politics; he served as Jiangshan City People's Congress, the member of Jiangshan City CPPCC Standing Committee. As a result of comprehensive enterprise management and heavy work, he often works overtime focusing on the municipal party committee and government center work, and even researches and investigates to put forward reasonable and valuable proposals, opinions and suggestions and social conditions and public opinions to municipal governments, which have been accepted and affirmed by party committees and governments at all levels.

He is enthusiastic about the work of the Association, willing to share with his peers of his successful experiences and provide assistance to his peers. He acted as the vice-chairman of Zhejiang Power Transmission and Distribution Equipment Industry Association, chairman of Jiangshan Qinghu Town Chamber of Commerce and vice-chairman of Jiangshan Chamber of Commerce. During the period of acting as the vice-chairman of Zhejiang Power Transmission and Distribution Equipment Industry Association, he became a cover person of the 16th periodical of the Association in 2016. Mao Qiqi, a liaison man of the Association of the Group, was honored as the outstanding liaison man of the Association in 2011. During the period of serving as the chairman of Jiangshan Qinghu Town Chamber of Commerce, he innovated the working mechanism of the Chamber of Commerce and established the mechanism of enterprise mutual aid to realize enterprise mutual aid from the aspects of financing guarantee and industrial chain matching.

After more than 30 years of development and hardship, Chairman Jiang Fujun always stays true to the mission, bent on his love to his career. Developed from Jiangshan County Lixian Electrical Appliance Factory in 1980s, Sinoera Electronics Group has developed into a provincially known trade name from a little-known privately operated brand until now. In the past 30 years, we have persisted in the reform and conducted mergers and acquisitions of a number of foreign, state-owned and collective enterprises through market capital operation, and even expanded enterprise scale and set up enterprise groups through the management system innovation, and continuously enhanced the group management level as well.

In the past 30 years, we have persisted in innovation to build the a scientific research and technology team of Sinoera through science and technology innovation and progress; moreover, succeeded in establishing provincial high-tech research and development centers, set up doctoral workstations and vigorously carried out the university-industry cooperation. Moreover, we have been actively using the introduction, digestion, absorption, re-innovation, research and development of a number of independent intellectual property rights with the core technology and high-tech products. By virtue of the implementation of science and technology projects, we have been taking efforts to achieve results of industrialization and continuously improve the core competitiveness of the Group.

Sinoera is one of the manufacturers mainly producing various high and low voltage electric appliances for domestic use in a professional manner with types of products of ranking in the top of China.

Located in Jiangshan City, the borderline area of Zhejiang, Fujian and Jiangxi, the Group closes to the site of world natural heritage—Jianglang Mountain. There are G205 National Highway, Beijing—Taibei Highway (Huangshan—Quzhou—Nanping), Hangzhou—Jinhua—Quzhou Highway, G60N Highway in the territory. Relying on Zhegan Railway to arriving at Quzhou Airport, it is a county-level city with the most starting stations in China and convenient transportation. Sinoera Electronics Industrial Park, as the main production base of the Group, covers an area of more than 300 mu with the plant area of over 100,000 square meters. The Group has different kinds of advanced general and special intelligent CNC production equipment and testing equipment.

The Group has a sound organizational structure, scientific operation mechanism and strict management system. It has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification and ISO18001 occupational health and safety management system certification. It has provincial high-tech enterprises R&D (technology) technical center and Quzhou expert workstation with professional and technical R&D personnel accounting for more than 30% of the total number of the Group. The R&D team of the project was named as Quzhou key innovation team. The main products are all types of high and low voltage switchgear, high voltage electrical equipment components and insulation supporting pieces of electronic automation products with the voltage of 40.5kV and below; 0.5kV~220kV and above ultra-high pressure, high voltage transformer; 10kV~110kV various types of transformers and other products. "Jikai" brand of 40.5 kV and below high-voltage switch is the brand-name products in Zhejiang.

The Group has established a long-term relationship with XIHARI, High Voltage Switchgear Institute of China Electric Power Research Institute, Xi''an Sen Yuan Switch Technology Research Institute and other R&D scientific research institutions, as well as Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Xi''an Jiaotong University and other colleges, even with Fuji Corporation, Siemens and ABB etc. Pursuant to the orientation of national industrial policies, the Group researches and develops new generation of intelligent transmission and distribution electrical equipment products for the purpose of the development of electric power industry and adapting the demand of electric appliances market.
